In 2018 both the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) removed CBD from their prohibited list for both in and out of competition. Organizations which comply with WADA policies include all International Federations, as well as the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and more than 200 US anti-doping agencies. Athletes can legally consume CBD in the US, as long as it has been extracted from hemp plants. When extracted from hemp, CBD oil contains less than 0.3% THC, and is not considered a controlled substance by the federal government.
WADA’s current threshold for THC is 150 nanograms (ng) per millilitre (ml), which is tested via a urine test. CBD adhering to the US federal requirement of containing no more than 0.3% THC is compliant with WADA, which is why we use a rigorous six phase independent testing protocol to provide our customers with the confidence that Legends products are safe for use in sport and athletic competitions.

CBD extracted from Hemp cannot get you high because hemp does not contain THC, so you can’t get high from the CBD extracted from Hemp. This is very important, as this form of CBD is non-psychoactive and you just get the CBD Oil effects without the negative side effects of THC.
